Munroe Coconut Homestay

The hosts were awesome. Very pleasant and welcoming. The facility also clean and neat. Very good food too. homely and fresh

Everything was perfect! The family was so nice, the food they prepared for us was delicious! (Especially as there are not many vegetarian options around) The beds were really really comfortable, best night sleep in a long time! We were able to go on a sunrise boat tour and hire bikes. The family was so helpful! 100% recommend!

I spent an amazing 3 nights stay in this homestay managed by an really sympathic young man and his lovely family, so kind, helpful and full of good discussions. And so tasty food! Also room really clean and all the comfort needed. And above all, what a experience to discover that incredible island and its inhabitants (people as animals), with the opportunity to see it with an early morning pirogue tour made by the homestay's owner, just superb ! I can just strongly recommend this place to anyone who want to discover Munroe Island, with the condition they respect local communities and that so precious natural environmental Thank you Coconut Family !!

Lovely host that really went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable, including inviting me and the other guests to participate in a large family celebration for his wife’s pregnancy. Congratulations again!! The room was very clean and the food for breakfast was simple but filling. The sunrise boat ride was gorgeous, highlight of my trip.

It’s good value for money, but a couple things I think guests should know - there’s no AC, and there are no mosquito screens on the windows, so at night you have to decide between closed windows and stifling heat, or mosquito bites. I chose the bites.

I have stayed in Coconut homestay with my 2 kids for three nights and have felt very at ease with Unni's family. The room was great, the meals were delightful, I particularly recomman the sunrise boat tour which was magical. We wanted to stay one more night but the homestay was fully booked. Unni contacted his cousin who also has a homestay and arranged everything for us. We particularly loved talking with Unni to get a better knowledge of the Indian culture and way of life. We loved our stay ar Coconut Homestay and really recommand it
