Munroe Coconut Homestay

Perfect room, perfect location and perfect food. When you are here you will not miss your home. They literally do everything to make you happy and they never say No for anything. Rahul is such a nice guy took us boating, helped us buy oil and papaddam, sat with us for lunch and breakfasts. This is the best place to stay in munroe island. Each and every family member is so committed and happy to serve you and help you. I miss the little girls who take care of my 8 month old and even played with my 6 year old. Aunty and didi makes such yummy food we fell in love with kerala food.

The host was an amazing person. He welcomed us with warm heart. Took care of every small thing we needed. Fed us delicious home made authentic kerala food. Took us to a beautiful sunrise boat ride. The rooms were clean and specious. We loved our stay

We really enjoyed our stay here on Munroe Island. Unni and his family were very friendly and the home cooked food was great. We did both the sunset and sunrise boat trips organised by the hosts which we would definitely recommend.

Uni was a most welcoming and helpful host. His mother is a great cook and the fresh and delicate meals she prepared were flavored with love. Best homey food we’ve had in Kerala! Uni’s father took us to a beautiful sunset with his boat, sliding gently through the tropical scenery of Monroe backwater.
