Good location.

If you pay with the card, there is a 5% fee added. The drip tube of the AC is straight in the shower.

Great location right in middle of action. We didn’t have many days in Cartagena so wanted to not have to travel far, and it was good spot. About 15 minute walk to clock tower/edge of walled city (with kid legs). Our room was 3rd floor, so anticipate stairs. Sound does rise but it didn’t bother us, if you’re a light sleeper than it wouldn’t be a good fit. A/C worked well. ‘Cold’ water but felt great. Nice balcony on top floor. Kelly was very attentive and helped us book a tour at last minute.

Tight quarters for 3 people (2 adults, one kid) but it worked.

Very spacious room which was very clean. Lovely roof top terrace which we enjoyed using. Great location, close to everything. Loved our stay and would return.

Could have provided glasses/cups in the rooms to use on the roof terrace when having a drink.

Nice clean room, relatively quiet as it faced the back of the building. Nice rooftop.

The street outside is packed with loud bar stalls, not ideal for us, appreciating a more quiet neighborhood.

Very loud disco music and noises start at 6pm to 2am. We could not sleep the entire 4 nights we were there!

The location, it’s in the heart of Getsemani. I like the house it’s beautiful especially the terrace. I also liked the cat that lives there.

The balcony room is really loud because of the music until 1 am.

The cleaning staff (think one lady's name was Gloria) were super sweet and kind. The house feels safe/secure and has a nice decor and rooftop. Centrally located just down from Trinidad Plaza.

Constant power outages. They did message back the next afternoon that power was supposed to be back on that night and it was out of their hands, This was a pretty expensive place to stay for not being able to sleep at night, charge our phones, cool off and relax during the day or see in the bathroom. There's a lot of music/parties on the street and might be what draws the power so badly...the power was out our first night from 11 PM until 3 PM the next day, then came back around 4 PM right when we were going to leave and move to another hotel so decided to stay...then it went off around 11 PM again.

It has potential but the host gave us a room which is not fit to stay in. The first one because of the noise and the second one because of the humidity.

We were staying in one of the rooms which gave onto a very noisy street. It was as loud as sticking your ear next to a sound system. We did not enjoy our stay. The host gave us another room because we complained. The other room wasn’t worth its price. It smelt like mold and the AC wasn’t working properly.

1. room is very small 2. no hot water in the bathroom. Although it's hot outside, a hot shower occasionally would be nice.
