"Well appointed hotel in the heart of Getsemani."

Very well-appointed facility. Room was nice but a little on the small side which appeared to be the norm in Cartagena. Great balcony. In the heart of Getsemani so there was a fair amount of street noise but quieted down at night.

No complaints.

Beautiful colonial style home. Facilities were perfect and very clean. Really recommend!! If you are sensitive to noise maybe look elsewhere as it’s right off of the busy party street, but the hotel provides ear plugs so it really didn’t bother us.

"Great location, great room."

Very nice, clean room. Nice bathroom. Great rooftop area. Aircon in bedroom was powerful.

It would've been nice to have access to a fridge, especially up top on the rooftop. The room is very noisy in the evening, due to the very lively street.

Amazing location, good value

No hot water in shower. When you arrive it's not clear how you check in. People working in restaurants near the property had to help us.
