"If I’m back in Las Terrenas I would stay again!"

The room was so clean and comfy! It is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to one of the Main Streets of Las Terrenas and a 20 minute walk to the beach. The little outdoor table and chairs is lovely to enjoy a tea or coffee in the morning.

The place would be even better if there was a sink in the little kitchen area to rinse dishes etc. but I still had a great stay!

Everything about the stay was top notch excellent! For the price you will actually be surprised how well it is maintained and kept by the owner... It is simple, clean and basic... Has a kitchen if we need to use the fridge or microwave... The owner goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are okay.. love it!

"For the price, you can’t beat it. It is not luxury. But has everything you need."

Simple. Safe. Gated. Bed was comfortable. I requested extra pillows and they accommodated that. water cooler outside to have clean drinking water. Room had AC and a Fan.

Toilet was really close to the wall. You needed to Be an Acrobat to sit down on the toilet! lol There was no hot water in the shower. It was uncomfortably cold shower water. They need to put a mirror over the sink in the bathroom. the mirror is located in the other room where the Bed is. It’s really far walk to Playa Poppi or Playa Bonita for surfing. The location isn’t great. In order to Get to the good part of town or beaches you really need to Hire a Moto Scooter/ or a Moto Conho.

You will have really beautiful appartement for good money in the safe neighborhood. The owner is really nice and it is easy to agree on something with him. The place is safe, there is a courtyard with gate where you can park your scooter if you have one.
