Very good location close to the sea, restaurants and shops;,the host was very friendly and helpful, he gave us very useful information, the room was very nice and super clean, located in a nice quiet street, there is a very beutiful small cafe/restaurant a few steps away, very useful if you arrive before the check-in time, located close to a bus stop and also a tuktuk stand, easy to go to Ernaculum by the road (ca 25 min to the junction railway station by tuktuk), no need to take a ferry

David is a perfect gentleman, always smiling and ready to help... nothing was too much trouble. There is a kettle available to make hot drinks and a dining table for breakfast and if you want food delivered. The room was really big with plenty of room for the two comfy chairs and side tables. The villa is tucked down a quiet little side road within walking distance of most things, including a Kathakali theatre and a lot of restaurants.
