Loved the location, it's very close to the beach, church and good restaurants. Room was clean and breakfast was homely and tasty. The owner was kind and helpful.

I little hard to find at first.

The host was super. The location was at the centre point yet situated in a quite place. The area seemed safe and pretty.

The rooms could've been maintained better. The furniture was dusty.

I stayed just one night at Davids place before leaving Kochi, but despite that I must say it was enough to enjoy. David was always available for my questions and helped me with some stuff. Room located in a very calm neighbourhood that allows to sleep till late without any disctruction. Rooms are clean. Traditional indian breakfast was simple and tasty. Filtered drinking water is available in kitchen!

Having an option to chose using fan or AC would be perfect :)

Only thing i felt was no tv was there apart from that all are superb
