David was really kind and we felt really welcomed! Breakfast was delicious and served with Chai. The room is simple but clean and comfortable. Everything you might need is available.

The room is missing an AC.

We arrived in the middle of the night at 3am in the morning and nontheless david welcomed us with a big smile. we had a very delicious homemade local breakfast everyday. the location is super central and room is spacious and very clean.

David Homes is located in a very central place, few minutes walking distance from the main historical places of Fort Kochi. The neighbourhood is peaceful and family-oriented. The room has a separate access and it is in the first floor of David's house. David is a great host who attended to all our needs with courtesy and discretion. The room is simple, ample, super clean and great value for money. the home-made breakfast was so good! Internet worked perfectly

Nothing really - everything was perfect

Accommodation is spacious, clean and well located. The host David is thoughtful, helpful and accommodating . He gave good advice about local dos and donts, and served a delicious breakfast I really can recommend David Homes any more highly

It's very hot so air con is the only thing I'd change...

The owner was very helpful and attentive. He made some good recommendations for restaurants and helped us find our bearings around the location.

The hot water for the shower was a bit temperamental
