Perfect accommodation in Ella. The owner is an angel. She is very lovely, friendly and obliging. The breakfast is incredibly delicious. The room is spacious and very clean. The terrace is great and invites you to relax. We can highly recommend the Mellow Homestay.

Swarna is the best host! Incredibly friendly, interested and such a good cook. We enjoyed all the chats, amazing breakfasts and even a cooking class where we got to know her family more. Would love to come back here some day!

Excellent location, close to main road and to Adam’s peak and bridge. Easy to walk even at night. Feels safe. Very nice host, she prepared the best breakfast we tasted in Sri Lanka. Also for 2 days breakfast was slightly different which was very nice to have a variety. Room with 2 beds is located on the upper floor, so you have a little terrace in front of you.

Everything’s was great.

The photos don’t do justice to this amazingly lovely family-owned bed and breakfast. It’s spotlessly clean; the interior looks brand new, and the room has everything you need for enjoyable stay. A large and very comfortable bed with a mosquito net was also great. Last but not least, the owner is such a nice lady, and a very talented cook. The breakfast I had here was the best during my two-week trip (and that says something as Sri Lankan cuisine is very enjoyable in general). The location is also great - just a short walk away from all the main attractions, but in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. In short, if you see this place as available, book it quickly!

Fantastic stay in great location, close walk to town and to mini Adams peak. The food was definitely a highlight, both breakfast and dinner! You won't need any lunch...
