Ruime en zeer schone cottage beheerd door een zeer lieve familie die ervoor zorgt dat alles naar je wens is! Elke ochtend een gevarieerd en zeer rijkelijk ontbijt, dat zo'n immense portie was dat ik er telkens nog een portie van in de koelkast kon bewaren om nog eens te eten. Tip: eet ook zeker minstens 1 keer diner bereid door de gastfamilie: superlekker voor een heel eerlijke prijs! Locatie is top als je voor de natuur komt, heel dicht bij een waterval en Ella Rock. Ella Town ligt op een halfuurtje wandelen langs het spoor, maar zeker de moeite om de prachtige wandeltocht te ondernemen! De broer van de eigenaar die tegenover de cottage woont, verhuurt een scooter voor een heel eerlijke prijs voor als je wat verder weg wil gaan. Ik ben hier echt in de watten gelegd! Topaccomodatie!

Personnel très disponible et à l’écoute pour l’organisation de votre séjour (location de scooter, liaison en tuk-tuk depuis la gare de bus, lessive si besoin...etc..). Posibilité de prendre petit-déjeuner et repas très copieux et très bons en terrasse privative devant la chambre. Grande chambre propre, lumineuse et confortable. Belle salle de bain. Éloigné du centre-ville de Ella. Pour nous c’était un bonus. Car plus authentique. Un peu dans les hauteurs en montagne. Possible accès en tuk-tuk ou parfait en location scooter.

Le débit d’eau de la salle de bain un peu faible. Mais ce n’est pas très grave. Eau chaude par contre bien plaisant.

La habitación estaba muy limpio, la familia fue muy agradable, en concreto el dueño, nos ofreció ser nuestro driver durante la estancia a muy buen precio.

Awesome Sri Lankan traditional breakfast. Excellent location. Comfortable, spacious room with large beds. Clean, large washroom. Amenities as mentioned. Very helpful owner. Safe and quiet neighborhood. 10mins by car/tuktuk from Ella centre. Nearest station is Kithal Ella, walkable, 500metres. Nearest market is in Bandarawela, 20mins by car. Since there's no eatery nearby, ensure you request the owner for home cooked food beforehand. Would stay again if am in the vicinity. 10/10 for budget, short stay.

Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueilli dans cette magnifique famille. Le cottage est superbe, propre, confortable, bien placé au calme. La maman de la famille cuisine divinement bien et propose un service de laverie pour le linge. Le papa a un tuk tuk et se rend disponible dès que l'on a besoin de se rendre à un endroit. Je vous recommande fortement cette location. Gros coup de cœur pour cette famille.

Tout est parfait

La habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpio. El entorno bonito, y te sirven el desayuno en la terracita que tiene la habitación a la entrada. El dueño muy amable, nos fue a recoger a la estación al llegar y nos gestionó el alquiler de la moto.

La ubicación está lejísimos del centro. Con moto eran unos 10 minutos, y para llegar al alojamiento o ir al pueblo hay unas pendientes vertiginosas. Si alquilas moto y no tienes experiencia conduciendo este tipo de vehículo, puede suponer un problema. Tampoco había agua fría en el grifo del lavabo cuando llegamos, se lo dijimos al dueño e intentaron arreglarlo. El agua caliente salía con fuerza, pero de la fría salía un hilo (en la ducha funcionaba todo bien). La habitación era un horno, aunque por la noche baja tanto la temperatura que se duerme bien (y el ventilador ayudaba).

Very clean accommodation and the owners are exceptionally friendly and try to do everything to make your stay as good as possible. The breakfast is also very good
