ROWe informed the property at 18:30 that we would arrive at 19:30. We received no reply, and when we arrived at 19:25, no one was there. Our reservation was canceled, and we were left with no place to stay and no refund. I offer to go to pick the keys from whatever place, but was reffused. When I asked for a refund the answer came very fast-No. Empaty=0, my kind recomendation- avoid this place.
CZIt was clean and it had all necessary things to spend the night. Nice and quiet neighbour not too far from the centre.
You had to pay 50€ upfront as insurance. The towels were quite old. The lady was quite rude and unpleasant. When I addressed that the sink was broken she rolled her eyes and shouted at me saying “I know, the owner is planning to fix it”. There are better ways of communicating with clients. They insisted a lot whether I smoke or not till the point it became annoying.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Communication was extremely difficult—only one older man could translate, and the owner didn’t speak English at all. On top of that, they asked for a €100 security deposit, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
