Die Host war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine tolle Terrasse in den schönen Garten. Das Frühstück war okay. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Lion Rock, zum Pudurangala Rock braucht man ein tuktuk.

Internet ist schwach, wie vielerorts.

Check-In war unkompliziert, das Zimmer sehr sauber und gross und das Frühstück war lecker.

Todo. Además en frente hay un pequeño restaurante de la hermana de la propietaria y la comida es local, casera y deliciosa. Los desayunos son increíbles, desayuno típico de Sri Lanka. El marido tiene un tuk tuk que te facilita mucho el transporte hacia los puntos de interés y a precios razonables. La ubicación es maravillosa , en la naturaleza, tranquilo pero a la vez muy cerca de todo. Puedes ir andando al Lion's Rock. Los propietarios del alojamiento y del restaurante HOT FOOD son muy cercanos y muy buena gente.

Sweetest, warmest family with an incredible breakfast. The husband has a tuk tuk and will take you to Sigirya or Pidurangula for a great price. Hot water shower even in the evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable and you could tell everything in the room was clean enough to operate in. Loved my stay here. Value for money is unheard of. Perfect location with the best restaurant in a few doors down.

Mosquito net was a bit too small for the bed. The area is in the jungle so I really preferred to use it but the net did not manage to surround the bed and kind of just laid on top in some areas. Restaurant across the street was playing music (not too loud but still a bit of a nuisance) but they stopped at around 10:00pm. These were very minor concerns I would stay here again and again. HIGHLY recommend - 10/10.

We loved the hostess as she was very welcoming even though we surprised her by a very early check-in so we could climb the rock. Even made us a welcome drink... She organised a saffari that was well underpriced in relation to others around, and the driver was wonderful and very patient with us. The place is what is says on a tin simply but perfect near town and has an amazing breakfast...

Camera adeguata, pulita, con piccolo spazio esterno per rilassarsi, colazione inclusa eccezionale. Abbiamo anche mangiato nel loro ristorante di fronte ed era tutto eccezionale davvero squisito e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! La gestione è familiare, non devi davvero pensare a nulla solo rilassarti e goderti le meraviglie di questa zona. Abbiamo usufruito anche della gentilezza del marito che ci ha guidato con il tuk tuk a sigirya, dambulla. ci hanno prenotato il safari al Minneriya National Park, è andato tutto bene, puntuali e ben organizzati.

I enjoyed it all. The location, the host and the accommodation. The location is located within walking distance to the foreigners entrance to Sigiriya Rock. just look out for the odd elephant if it's around 6.30 am. Lots of restaurants are nearby, as well as the bus into Dambulla.. The host- lovely, welcoming lady. Her husband is a tuk tuk driver, so they can organise things if need be. Breakfast is served in her house in the morning. You just walk over, and the plates are all laid out ready, and she will bring you breakfast. There is also a restaurant next door, which is new, owned by the family. I had a meal and beer there, and it was good. The accomodation itself. Lovely and clean. Nice outdoor sitting space. The people in Sigiriya were so lovely. Great town.
