Wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn. Zulke aardige mensen. Eenvoudige maar nette kamer en een heerlijk ontbijt. In het restaurant wordt heerlijk gekookt.

Our stay at Freedom Homestay was just amazing! The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful—we immediately felt at home. They supported us with everything and really cared about making our stay special. We had bought some private groceries, and the host kindly kept them in her fridge for us—such a thoughtful and helpful gesture! The room was very clean, cozy, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day in Sigiriya. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, one of the best we had on our trip. The location is great, quiet but close to the Lion Rock.

Si buscas una experiencia con gente local y lejos de lo occidental este es tu sitio. Nos encantó el lugar y la atención fue perfecta. Pasamos solo una noche, pero nos habríamos quedado más si no fuera porque teníamos que irnos. Se respira tranquilidad con el sonido propio de la naturaleza. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama resultó ser muy cómoda para nosotros. Nos recibieron con un zumo y nos prepararon un desayuno riquísimo. Todo ello siempre con una sonrisa. ¡Sin duda todo un acierto!

The host is such a sweet women. She invites you to her house and makes the best breakfast!
