The views

I booked a deluxe room with Mountain View. The day of my arrival im informed that room toiled had a “huge problem” and it was not available. They offer me a different room that it was not as nice as the one I booked. I had to ask for the price difference to be refunded as they didn’t offer.

The accommodation was very clean, and we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and very generous. The guesthouse is located slightly up a hill, so we recommend taking a Tuk-Tuk up with your luggage. After that, it’s easy to walk. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Ella town on foot. The location is also perfect for starting the hike to Ella Rock. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the shower had warm water with good pressure. Overall, a fantastic stay – highly recommended!

The boy who runs the place alone rukshan is amazing such a hard worker and efficient service he made our stay and the views from the restaurant were very beautiful.

The room we had was a nightmare damp no privacy had curtains all trough as was all glass toilet disaster and nothing to do with the pictures on booking. Com

The location and the view were spectacular! Breakfast in the morning with a breathtaking view!The host was super nice, very helpful and always available for us We were especially pleased that he cooked typical Sri Lankan food for us one evening! It was so delicious! We are really grateful for that! Simply very hospitable and lovely people, we felt comfortable

Due to the high humidity, the room smelled a bit! The mattresses may therefore need to be changed more often and I might not put a sofa in the room because of the humidity

Gret view from the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, huge breakfast. Room was clean and comfy. Quiet during the night (except from barking dogs every now and then).

Water pressure from the shower and the tap could have been better.

The distance is quite far from the central area but if you prefer peace and quiet, this place is worth trying.

The bathroom was not really upgraded. The shower head was not functioning well and some part of the pipe are broken and the water flow ,the temperature is not enough.

We had a lovely stay at Nest of Peak! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. The rooms are very nice and felt clean, and the staff were always available to assist if we needed anything! The breakfast were amazing, especially considering the price! I would highly recommend!

The view was beautiful, even in foggy weather, and I’m sure it would be absolutely breathtaking on a clear day. The natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere were definite highlights of the stay.

I had specifically booked a Deluxe Double Room with a mountain view, but the reality was disappointing. The view from my room primarily included the communal terrace where other guests were having breakfast, with the mountains visible only in the background. This setup left me unable to open my curtains without giving up my privacy entirely, which was frustrating and far from what I had expected. The check-in process was similarly disappointing. Despite arriving at the agreed time, I had to wait nearly an hour for someone to assist me, and even then, my room wasn’t ready. Once I finally got into the room, it was mostly clean, but I noticed dead flies on the bed, likely fallen from the mosquito net. When I checked under the bed before leaving, it was clear the area hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. While the stay wasn’t bad, I expected much more for the premium price, especially when it came to the advertised "room with mountain view."

-Breakfast for 3 USD is great, it consists of a big bowl of fruit, coffee/tea, scrambled eggs and many other Sri Lankan delicacies. -View of the restaurant is breathtaking

-Water pressure in the room is almost non-existent. Otherwise our review would've been a 8.0 -Rooms are very compact, but considering the price they offer great value -Sometimes it was difficult to find the staff of the hotel

Views are amazing also the breakfast
