-The view is amazing -The breakfast is rich and plenty

-No hot water in the shower, even after asking the staff several times -Bad Wifi -The room was very humid -When we arrived, the towels they gave us were still wet. (The day after we got new and dry ones) -3 days after our depature we received a strange whats app message from the hotel staff asking us for an explanation about a bad review of the hotel. But the review was not even from us, even if we thought exactly the same. Not a profesionell behavior at all.

The view if you get a room with view. Pretty clean especially the bed was cleaned. Fair price Breakfast which was really really nice.

The Budget room has neither view nor mosquito netting. Bad wifi

Nothing really, except maybe that the view was great and the staff was mostly friendly..?

The bathroom had mold everywhere, the shower didn’t have warm water. It was generally really really dirty, even compared to other places for the same price in Sri Lanka. The home stay is also really far outside Ella center and you have to drive 15min by tuktuk into town. The WiFi didn’t work at all, even mobile data is spotty. The breakfast cutlery was dirty and you had to wonder if your food was “clean”

views were awesome, breakfast amazing and staff were lovely

room was small, had no kettle or fridge but to be fair the rest of our party rooms were great, we just drew the short straw. That said it was clean, comfortable and waking up to those views were something else

Amazing view from your balcony, very friendly and helpful staff, huge breakfast. It’s so quiet here compared to the town. It’s only 10 minutes walk to town.

Very dirty rooms with worms and snails in the toilet. The bedsheets have stains on them.
