"A great place to discover the city of Alkmaar and the surrounding beaches."

It was the first time we used the "homestay" option, but it was a very nice experience without any issues at all. Robin is a very nice host and we had a good time in Alkmaar during our weekend stay.

Modern and cozy house with canal view and close to city center, clean rooms and good atmosphere. It was perfect for traveling alone and visiting Alkmaar and Amsterdam for a couple of days, would have preferred to stay longer. The Landlord and his daughter share the house, which was a big bonus. Very kind and accommodating people with lots of helpful tips about the area. Would definitely recommend!

It was an absolutely beautiful house and a really great location perfect. The bed was comfy and it was relatively quiet. I felt very safe too.

Would have been more comfortable if I was shown where glasses and plates were etc, didn't feel comfortable enough to make breakfast. Shower pressure wasn't the best but overall I enjoyed my stay
