Perfect location for the Pelorus Mail Boat and as the gateway to Marlborough wine country. We liked everything about the property. It is cozy, clean, and Ligitia and Bob have provided everything one could need in this unit. You name it, they already have it in the unit, just very well appointed. In addition, Ligitia and Bob are outstanding hosts. They greet you, check if you need anything, bring produce from their vegetable garden and fruit trees. They are lovely people!

Bob & Ligita's place is a gem in a delightful town. The accommodation is separate from that of the hosts, the bathroom & kitchen are fully equipped, there is space for luggage, the bed is comfortable. And the hosts are genuinely hospitable & helpful. It is home away from home.

A cute unit attached to the owner’s home. Very nice folks and were great explaining the area and facilities.

Very caring, friendly hosts. Also very private, clean and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommend it.

The steps down to the flat, only because we both have medical conditions which make it difficult walking up and down them.
