The location, the price, the facilities, the friendly welcoming, the garden around us.

Bit of black mould on the rim of the shower door. An unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the drain outside of the kitchen window.

Very warm welcome by the hosts, Ligita and Bob. They also provided good tips for exploring the area (and also other regions in New Zealand). Good location, within walking distance of town (and marina). Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, comfortable bed - what more can you ask for?
