Private cozy room 1 with shared kitchen in appartment, downtown Belgrade

Радушный внимательный хозяин, квартира со старым ремонтом и мебелью, но чисто. Были предоставлены гигиенические принадлежности, постельное бельё. Подушка была такая, что я на ней спать не смогла, пришлось спать без подушки, свернула валик из покрывала. В комнате был рабочий стол с офисным креслом, журнальный столик, большое зеркало в пол. На полу паркет, на окнах жалюзи. Комнату охлаждал кондиционер. В квартире имеется оборудованная всем необходимым кухня, это пожалуй самое лучшее место в квартире, но кухней обычно я не пользуюсь.Стиральная машина не работает. Хозяин сказал, что она есть на другом этаже. Но я вернулась поздно вечером, и мне нужно было постирать вечером, а это увы было недоступно. Итог -расположение квартиры удобное, хозяин радушный. Хотелось бы, чтобы хозяин обратил внимание на те замечания, которые я здесь указала, и будет супер

The host Marko is very responsive and helpful. I had everything I needed at the property, and the location is in the very heart of the historical centre, so that a lot of attractions are within walking distance.

The owner of the room was not very friendly at first. He asked me in a rather unpleasant way why I didn't have cash in local currency (I had just arrived and just was going to change dollars and pay, I wasn't going to delay payment). The exchange office was very close to the house, so I don't understand why he had to talk with me so rudely. Otherwise all ok, economical option near the center.

Host was very nice and helpful. Apartment was good with a central location.

The apartment is located next to the main road, which can be noisy.

The owner, Marko, was very informative and helpful. He explained everything to me before my arrival, which made it easier for me to get to his apartment from the airport by bus. He picked me up in front of McDonald's and also helped me familiarize myself with the surroundings, making it easier for me to navigate and explore the area. Thank you Marko! PS: I like it because it has a kitchen, which helps with preparing food and the old elevator was "fun"! :)

Despite having a private bathroom, it would be better if the bathroom were attached to the room instead of separate.

Very kind host, he give you good informations about city, what you can find here etc. Location almost in center, and 100m to bus stop for airport bus.

Old bathroom without curtain at bath. Bad noise isolation from street. Rude host when you leave 7 rating here, he wrote me to Whatsapp and called me I am stupid etc.

Marko is a great host, it was always a pleasure to communicate with him on WhatsApp or when he came to the place. He is very helpful and I was impressed by his level in French! I totally recommend to stay in his place.

Location is close to central areas, bus stand and walkable to most of the places. An atm that doesn't charge extra charges right opposite the building.

1.Is on the main road and hence will be noisy through the night with the vehicle sounds. 2. The private bathroom is outside the room and I assumed it was inside the same room. 3. The bathroom's pot and in general is not very clean. Is a very old building 4. The owner of the property overbears himself onnthe tenant. Put his hands in my jacket to demonstrate that the might be pickpockets etc.He offered to help with anything and everything if I needed to know around the city and when I asked him for the location of the central busstand, He ridicules and said I need babysitting and I should lookup on Google. 5. No self check in. He will meet with you at the central location and walks with you to the building to show you how to get into the building and the rooms.
