Private cozy room 1 with shared kitchen in appartment, downtown Belgrade

The place is in downtown with major places nearby. And is okay for stay. Most of the items are provided as per description. There is towels , slippers and Wifi. Wifi was good as well. There was enough space in room. Had a fan. Storage facility is just open IKEA box. You will also get to know the ancient door handles, toilet, machines etc as well for nostalgic feel , if you take it positive.

There are some strange rules which makes you feel not worth the amount you have spent. There are lot of things to care about in the apartment as the apartment is old . And there are some strange rules which gets applied time to time . For Example : the person is not ready to wait despite the fact the flight is delayed . This are things which are not in our hand. And on arrival you will get message saying if you are not there by this time , find another place. Thats so annoying. .Another point is the person/staff is not available for emergency also after 8pm.They forgot to mention something and then they mention it next day as if we have done some fault. You are on your own until there is something they want to communicate , they wont be visible. I didn't find ceramic plates to be used in microwave. Person is helpful with tips to find attractions , the markets etc at the same time there is something odd as well. The main fact they forgot is most of the guests have travelled across the world and have seen other stays as well.

Bed could have been more comfortable

The owner is a great guy. Great location near the city center and main bus terminal. Direct bus to the airport. Awesome value for the price.

Bathrooms could be cleaner, but this is actually a problem in the entire Serbia. Just don't expect sparkling white showers like in western/central Europe, everything is old here.

It is pretty close to the main attractions and pedestrian street. In general it is basic, but you have all you need for few days. It has AC in the room

It is a nosy street, so you can hear the cars during the whole day/night. I was sleeping in a sofa bed, and it is not very comfy

Good location, easy check-in, nice host

Walking distance to the heart of the city, excellent transportation links to any part of Belgrade. If you want to get your keys and see the host if you need him - this is it. He will accommodate any reasonable request, help you out or be away if you don't need anything from him.
