Private cozy room 1 with shared kitchen in appartment, downtown Belgrade

Good allocation. Friendly stuff. Good ratio between price and what you get for it.

Host was very responsive. Excellent location (around the corner from a bakhlava stove 😍). Walking distance to the pedestrian zone, to the fort, and to all other major sights. Abundance of restaurants around. 11 stars out of 10, would stay again.

I picked the flat for its central location and closeness to the bus station. I also appreciated the elevator as I always travel with a lot of luggage. I liked the fact that the rooms had keys, so I felt safer at night. I felt like I was alone in the flat, which was great. The owner was friendly and let me use his washing machine on the day of my arrival. If you speak Serbian I would encourage you to visit the National Theatre as it is walking distance from the flat and has great prices.

The bathroom was freezing cold and I was lucky to have brought my own toilet paper as there was none in the flat.

It's a nice room in a good location, and the host is very friendly and welcoming, and ready to help with any issues.

The apartment is unpleasant and very old. The host tells you that you have your own bathroom, and then asks why the door is closed in it. When we checked in, we had only one pillow, the host told us that the second pillow was being erased, we thought he would bring it later, but this did not happen. On the couch it is impossible to sleep at all!! This is a solid old something, after which you will definitely have a sore back! We didn't even go to the shower — it's disgusting to step there with your feet, everything is dirty and peeling. There is no sound insulation at all, there is a constant very loud noise from cars from the windows all night, you hear neighbors slamming doors. The host, initially friendly, turned out to be an impolite, ill-mannered and rude person. We left the apartment, and three hours later he wrote to us affirmatively that we were slamming the door loudly and that we should respect everyone. We told him we weren't at home, he didn't believe it, but then it dawned on him. He just said "okay" and didn't even apologize. We left very early, so it was impossible to sleep on this couch, and after that the host wrote to the booking office that we did not come at all, while we paid him the full cost for the night! Be careful!! You can stay here only if you are a young student and very drunk, I do not recommend to live in these apartments, its terrible!!!

Great location in the city center, super friendly host avaliable round the clock to fix your problem, the appartment is small - so if you’re lucky you get the entire apt. by renting 1 room.

The lock on the room door doesn’t seem to be too secure, the bathroom could have been freshier and cleaner. Would be great to have something to make coffee at (except in the cup).
