no staff for checkin or checkout. reception could renovate for better imperssion.

- it was really dirty - there was a smell of cigarettes in our room - the room and the hole hotel in a very old condition - there were no towels in the room

it is still one hour to the Alishan park.

there was a rat in our room which kept us up all night trying to catch it… the facilities were dirty and the owners were nowhere to be found. The second night, the room next door kept a us up as we could hear their TV as loud as if they were watching it in our room at 3 am… we had to knock on their door to ask them to turn it down. For 100$ a night you would expect, at least, a rodent free room. This hotel is highly overpriced and the nice view doesn’t make up for it.

Nothing I felt like with this place.

Since this place charged way more than average Taiwan hotels and B&Bs, I expected a good stay. Location is not good, far to the park, not in a commercial area neither, had to find restaurants around. No elevators, So you will have to carry your luggages up stairs. Very old building and poor facilities, especially bad condition in the washroom, shower head can barely working. Basically this is not a hotel or even not a North American style mobile home. It’s hardly to qualify for service. I will not recommend anybody wasting money and time there.

Great mountain view with nice bath tub. A very large room with plenty of space.

Other part of the hotel is rather old.
