Leah's Homestay in Hoquiam

We had a pleasant three days with Leah and Lady. The breakfast was nice, especially the freshly prepared yogurt! :)

We had a nice time staying at Leah's homestay! Very cozy and peaceful place. She made everything that we feel comfortable and being like at home. She's very friendly! I was with my kid 4 years old. Sometimes, I got nervous because, as a kid, he didn't understand some things, such as which things he could touch or which didn't. Leah was full of patience to explain him and understood his side. Both of us liked her homemade yogurt! It has amazing flavor! Thank you!

Very clean property with good homey coffee shops and locations all around the area. Was a perfect location to explore around and into Olympic National Park. Provided snacks as well making it perfect to start the day!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and two sweet dogs. I skipped breakfast, but love that it was offered. For a solo female traveler, this was a great spot and the hostess was lovely.

The homemade yogurt is devine!

Lady was my best friend during that trip! She greeted us at the door with her tail wagging and followed us all around!

The bathroom could use some modernization. Very clean but outdated.

The stay with Leah and Lady was awesome. They were hospitable and friendly. Everything fonctionned properly and the highlight of the stay was the raspberry homemade yogurt which was absolutely delicious! I’d definitely come back in the future.

Owner is hospitable. Accommodating. Allowed to use 15amp outside outlet to get some juice to our EV. Dog (Lady) is lovely. Everything is very neat and clean, labeled and directed. Room is organized. Thanks for the freezer bag and apologies for being 1h late for checkout.

Expect owner's presence in common areas. A gentle reminder to keep the house like an operating room. A little extra attention, but certainly not for entertainment purposes. Although Lea allowed to use the outside outlet for charging purposes, another guest parked their big puckup in that area. Glad I had an extra extension cord, but was not very neat, and had to leave the note with my phone under my car windshield. I get it, first come first serve, but presence of a plugged in charging station would raise a question "is someone going to charge?". Not like the service is included or we sucked out megawatt-hours (we took total of 15kWh, or 1.5$), but something I saw on the pic, and it actually spiked my interest to the property when choosing. A reminder to close the lid "with your own hand" "in this house" due to "mist of bacterias". A good way to ask "I want a funny and sad story at the same time".
