Sequoia Forest Retreat

Very remote. Incorrect signage at property entrance made it difficult to locate. Dirty accommodation with dust, spiders, cobwebs etc. Oven and hob igniter did not work and no instructions on how to get hot water. The host did not respond to our messages for a couple of hours to fix the problems. Therefore, our food preparation was severely delayed and our meal had to be modified accordingly. No clothes hangers. Overhang made rising from bed hazardous, especially at night. Expensive for what was offered.

The Hosts are very welcomming and support you in planning your visit to the national parc. The property itself is situated in Nature and surounded by green which gives good vibes.

Secluded

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The hosts were beyond amazing—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views that create such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the surroundings. And the breakfast—wow! It was absolutely delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a true highlight of our stay. Every detail was taken care of with so much care and attention, making this experience truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with amazing hosts, a gorgeous setting, and top-notch hospitality, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

So many cob webs and spiders inside. In most of the ceiling corners. And it is an RV and I'm 6' so that is basically in my face.

Ronald is an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. The area was very pretty, quiet and had great views. also close proximity to the Sequoia National Park entrance. Nice TV with a variety of shows to watch.

The unit did smell like it had been smoked in, but once aired out was fine. The cooking/baking pans are minimal and could use a good cleaning or replacement.
