the room

the room has no view, and in the morning one is woken up by a couple of dogs at 6 in the morning... the owner's children do not greet and do not look at us, so it means that they have no pleasure for the guest

"Amazing Homestay in Hue"

We had a fantastic time at Kota’s house! Our host was so welcoming and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was also excellent for getting around! We would definitely recommend this place :) cute and friendly dogs were there to greet us every time we came back!

We stayed for a night inside the family' s house, sharing the shower with them. The house was extremely clean and the host was so helpful and kind. It is 10 minutes walk from Hue Citadel in a quiet neighborhood. For one night it is a decent stay. For more nights in Hue I would choose a place with more privacy.

There was not hot water in our shower and no windows or balcony in our room.

"Great homestay in Hue!"

Hanh is an amazing host and we felt very comfortable in her homestay. The communication was easy and clear and we could ask her anything. The room is spacious and since it was colder and rainy, we were allowed to use the bathroom inside. The location is in walking distance to the citadel and it’s quiet. Since we had to check-out in the middle of the night to catch our train, Hanh got up too, to make sure we get a taxi..also we got bananas for lunch. Thank you Hanh (and your son 😀) for being so great and we wish you all the best for the future. :)

Everything about the accomodation was great but the most amazing was Hanh, who runs the place. She was super helpful and kind person! Thanks to her our stay was exceptional!

"Don’t pass up Hue. Stay at Kotas house !"

You must stay on the citadel side when in Hue , and Kotas House is a great and affordable place to do that . Hanh plays a mean Guqin (traditional stringed instrument)
