"Superb"

We had a lovely stay in the old city. Food options were a bit more limited to the more touristy areas but we managed and we mentioned a new place to our host to pass on to guests. We enjoyed being away from the tourist area which we did walk to but preferred the smaller streets on this side of the river. Our host was very helpful and it was very useful to have a washing machine so did a quick wash.

The owners treated me like family during my stay and were very open and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet and near local restaurants and the citadel

The homestay is just lovely. The room was nicely designed, beds were comfortable, the terrace came in handy even though it was raining most of the time. We were very happy about the kitchen and dining area where we could make our own breakfast or tea and coffee whenever we needed and chat with the other guests. The hostess, Hanh, is the most lovely person in the world, she gave us good advice and was making sure we had everything we needed. We just felt like home. We also got a private car to take us around the royal tombs through Hanh.

We could have used some more storage place as there are only a couple of hangers to put your things on.

"Superb"

We liked to stay in a private House and not in a hotel. The room is ok, bit dark but with a Little private terrace where there is a washing machine you can use for free. Hanh, the owner of the House, is a very nice Lady Who Will be happy to help you

"Stay among the locals with a very kind and courteous host."

Located in a quiet, very local area in Hue. Hanh was extremely courteous and kind. Go for a walk to the local market nearby! Cheap and delicious banh mis, pho, and coffee. As there are very few tourists/travellers in this area, the locals love to say hi/ strike up a chat.
