Wer einen ruhigen Ort, mitten im Dschungel und Anschluss an eine wundervolle Familie aus Ella sucht, wird hier fündig. Wie waren mit unseren beiden Söhnen in der Oasis und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeberin machte ein sehr sehr leckeres Frühstück und auf Wunsch auch Abendessen! Unser Gastvater hat uns mit vielen Tipps und einem perfekten Driver für die Weiterfahrt beraten. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, aber man ist schnell mit dem Tuki im Ort. Dafür kann man vom Haus aus direkt zum Ella Rock laufen und kann ruhig schlafen. Einfach schön, vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Tage!

Waking up with a view to the jungle and sleeping only with the sounds of nature and with moneys visiting the terrace. So much value for money. And most of alle really sweet hosts that helped with everything.

15 minutes with tuk tuk to the Main Street af Ella. But also why it was so quit.

Everything! The family was so lovely and very caring. Will 100% recommend it, as they made our stay a fantastic experience! They helped us to arrange a Tuk Tuk, and one of their friends showed us around the city for a couple of days.

It was a good stay. We loved the breakfast so much <3 However, we felt a little disconnected with the property owner. We had many questions but the owner mostly did not reply to the messages which made it really difficult for us to even find a water bottle, initially. His family is sweet and would try to help in their capacity.

It's really far away from the city center.

Everything! The room was spacious and we had the most comfortable beds in Sri Lanka. The family are the sweetest and Amila went above and beyond to make our stay superspecial. Make sure you do the tour with him, especially if you want to see non-touristic amazing secret places. We are not fans of busy places and he took us to waterfalls and viewpoints where no-one was around, a truly memorable experience.

However There are many insects in the room No shower gel or shampoo provided Birds are very noisy in the morning which might be an issue for some The bathroom is quite basic with very low water pressure and significant fluctuations between hot and cold water There’s no hairdryer no wardrobe and nowhere to hang your clothes The Wi-Fi password didn’t work

This property is located on a tea estate and with jungle views. You will wake up to the sound of the jungle chicken. Breakfast is very generous with loads of fruit and Sri Lankan delicacies and homegrown coffee. The room is well-lit, and the bathroom is big.They offer room service on the balcony with the view

You will need to run the hot water for a while before it heats up. There isn't much space to hang things or put the bags. Otherwise it is very comfortable.
