Great location, just up the road from the Main Street. The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The hosts are amazing, offering local advice for hiking, trains, a fantastic cooking class. Would recommend.

The owner is a miser.everyday suffering for food even for water.they will not give anything unless otherwise you ask for it. breakfast horrible no choice or no variety ,not even tea in breakfast. No RO water . Maintained by couples without assistance or Cook. Everywhere they are trying to save money including small RO water plants. I learnt economics on expenditure control. I strongly recommending Booking.com to remove this from your list duly checking how many people are booking and vacating before full stay. Demanding Full money on arrival itself. 🙏🙏🙏

"Couple travelling the world"

Communication was excellent - this is a home stay with 3 rooms the hosts were very attentive and very helpful - a lovely family - we had a nice couple of days whilst we travelled from Mirissa to ella and the scenic train to Kandy - the family hospitality makes up for any property tiredness.

Shower was cold - despite being electric The property is tired and needs a refresh The shared fridge wasn’t hygienic A fresh lick of paint and a deep clean would make this an ideal home stay in which to see ella

- great location - very spacious room - very friendly and accommodating hosts - free breakfast - excellent value for money

- wifi was very bad, only worked 10% of the time - a lot of ants in kitchen area - a bit run down, however you are getting what you pay for
