Beautiful views from balcony overlooking waterfall and jungle. Breathtaking!

Very far from main shops and restaurants. If your out too late, many tuk tuk drivers refuse to drop you unless you pay an extortionate amount as the hotel is at the top of some very steep dark mountain. The hotel has a WhatsApp line but they never respond. Although listed as a hotel, you don’t get the usual hotel services as there aren’t enough staff to cover various needs. In general staff are very lovely and do their best to help. I would say it is correctly listed as a 2 star hotel but has amazing potential!! If it is developed more in the future, I would stay again but only for short stays.

Wauw dat uitzicht! De kamer is erg ruim, het balkon met het uitzicht is geweldig! Locatie is top, in de natuur en de rust maar met trein, tuktuk of wandelend over het spoor zo in Ella.

I think the booking rating system doesn't really work. Does a place with higher room costs result in high expectations? For what we paid, this place was pretty good.

No fan in bathroom. Sometimes a room dehumidifier will be needed after several rainy days.
