Charming studio - 3 min walk to PETWORTH Metro station; 10 min to Convention Center

Only the location is not bad

1.Smell so bad when we entered the house 2.Really inconvenient owner’s mom can’t speak English 3.We r not leaving yet owner’s mom just knocked the door and ready to enter our room 4. The pics are totally different with the house (Can’t open the door of balcony, no small table Everything are old not like pics, I feel cheated!!!!!! The appearance is very shabby, there is a very strange smell when entering the door, and I also saw the portrait of the deceased. I feel very bad. The stairs are also very shabby. You will make a sound when you step on them. There are cracks in the walls of the room, the pillows are moldy.There was thick dust, the bathroom was extremely narrow and the door also broken. Btw box paper was not provided only toilet paper. The owner’s mother did not speak English. The overall accommodation experience was very poor.

It’s a family house and you stay in one of the rooms upstairs. The room 1 it’s big and comfortable with everything that you need.

Nothing to say about it.

Convenient location

The bed was very comfortable! Great location- close (15 minute or less walk) to some good restaurants and to the green line metro.

One thing to know: the room is a one-flight walk-up, and there are some older (and slightly uneven) steps to enter the building.

Location

Did not match listing. Inside a private home with no privacy, no access to balcony, and no parking. The smell was awful. I felt totally misled by the ad.
