Charming studio - 3 min walk to PETWORTH Metro station; 10 min to Convention Center

The bed was very comfortable.

In the picture they have balcony door wide open but when we get there there's a note that said DON'T OPEN THE DOOR. The room was dusty (had spider webs and sticky stuff on the remote). Couldn't get the TV to work. Had to take my shoes off(which was odd but I understood). It was just a weird experience

close to metro station

no working key for room, no batteries in smoke detector, linen with hole and hairs on them, dirty chair, different room from pictures on booking.com did not get a refund and had to find a different hotel

Dear Booking.com - they are not bonus questions - they are annoyances. Now this property - DC is full of them and the host made it special - engaging, understanding and succient.

The beds were comfortable. The mother of the owner werer friendly.

That was a shared flat between the parants and another tourist. The room was everything but not quiet we could hear everyone in the house. The bath was not direktly connected to the room. The bedroom didn't look like in the fotos.
