Ella Travel Rest Inn

I stayed in 2 of the rooms. One next to the outdoor dining area and one on the other side of the building. The latter was excellent. The former not so much. Breakfast was fantastic. The host was great too - very courteous.

The room beside the dining area isn't very good and should probably be priced at a lower price than the others. It essentially doesn't have winds because they've been coated to stop people looking in. There's also a vent up the top which lets in all noise from the small street and the dining area. The hot water wasn't working in that room but was in the other room. Wifi was dead in the whole building, but I didn't really need it.

The owner was amazing! He provided the most amazing breakfast each morning and was so helpful! We had to check out super early for our train and he arrived early to give us a packed breakfast. Comfortable stay with a really comfy bed and great floor fan! Great location, close to the main town but really quiet a night.

The place is at an ideal location, at a walking distance from the Ella train station. The hotel is close to the city center yet far enough to be quiet and not keep you awake from the loud music on the streets. The place was clean, had a hair dryer in the bathroom which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff was unavailable when I checked in. The people living at the bottom of the building had to help me with the keys. Access to water bottles will be nice, even if you have to pay for it.

This was a beautiful place, very close to the main city but not so close that it’s too loud. The room was very clean and had an incredible floor fan so we were always a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was in great condition and had a hot shower. The staff were very accommodating and helpful too.

Great secluded location only a few minutes walk to the Main Street. The host was very kind and accommodating and made wonderful breakfast. We saw many birds and a mongoose just outside.

Very close to town, quiet and good size room with mosquito nets. Friendly and helpful staff

Beds are quite hard but i put an extra blanket under and it was alright. Very good accommodation for price

Near from central ELLA

Noise from the club at night keeps me awake until morning. Electronic kettle was really dirty.

Best value for money, kind and friendly owner. Just walking distance from Ella train station and town. We would definitely go here when we are in Ella next time
