The hosts are amazing people. Their hospitality was excellent. We truly loved our talks with them. The homestay is right in front of the airport. Do not worry about noise; planes are limited between midday and 2 pm. The Park’s entrance is a 12- to 15-minute walk away.
Cold showers, but they are not a big problem, they help cool down the heat.

Just opposite airport. No need transport to airport. The Homestay owner can provide transport to the park. Good experience to stay with the Mulu local home.
No aircond and hot shower.

We enjoyed the homestay and would recommend it to other travellers. Denny and Salina are lovely people and very interesting to talk to. The breakfasts were very good. Great place to stay and located across the road from the airport.

Wooden longhouse-esque clean and spacious room right in front of Mulu Airport. A menu is available at the kitchen (generous portions) with free coffee/tea, crackers and water refill
Made a mistake of booking for 1 pax even though it didn’t show any price difference online for 2 pax. Paid the difference anyway and wasn’t given the requested room either
