Was close to a lot of stores and to sapa station. The staff are nice and the food are also nice. The rooms are spacious and clean

Very clean rooms. The restaurant has delicious food. And the beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular.

The only thing we noticed was the room doesn't dry out very well after we had some back-to-back showers. But, it wasn't a big deal.

The place was simply chic and clean overlooking the mountain. Simple minimalistic design. Bathroom was huge and very clean equipped with bidet, hot water and toilet. The family room we took was clean, spacious and well maintained.

The steps leading to the rooms were a little scary and uneven.
