I liked the place.

Cleanliness

The sliding door Is noisy. The caretaker is not easy to deal with. We ask to leave our baggage but she didn't allow instead ask to leave it outside the front door. Though we stayed for less than 12 hours. It's not allowed to make noise but all facilities is having sound. The door don't have lock. The amount is more expensive than others. I booked for 2 person with 2 bed. But it appears only that it is for 1 person. The caretaker ask for additional 50k won at beginning while the initial rate was 46k won only. At the end she agree to get 30k won as extra payment.

Facilities were kept clean especially the rest room. The host is very accommodating. We went back late to pick up our luggage after our check out. Space of room is enough for two guests. There is nearby bus station.

The location was very far from subway. We have to walk 15-20mins to reach our accommodation. It's located on third floor with no elevator so we had a hard time carrying our heavy luggage going up and down. There were no locks in the door. Since we are working while travelling, we brought our laptops with us but during daytime we'll just leave them in our room. Due to shared facilities, we tried to lock our door. Unfortunately, there was no available key so my friend just tried to force to open using two forks. No complimentary drinks nor coffee. No convenience store nearby.

Fast and pleasant communication.

It's a perfect place for a couple of nights in Seoul if you are travel alone or with some friends. Comfortable beds and rooms and really well located at just 10min walking from Hongdae`s subway station.

it has a cheap price. the space is pretty clean.

Guests have to live with host's family in a small space. I advise that guests shouldn't drink tea or coffee and eat anything at the dining table. We were told words uncomfortable or something from host.

The place is incredibly clean, atmospheric and the host is very kind, considerate and helpful. When I first stepped in, I felt Christmas in this house. The host offered me white wine, fruits, croissants and peanuts. It was amazing. I could fully relax in the place. The day when I left, she helped with my baggage and she even walked me to a right bus stop and showed the way. I can genuinely say that this is one of the best guesthouses in Seoul.
