Sophie House foreigners women only

Location was great for me, and the room was comfortable + good value for money. Nice bed, storage and vanity mirror. Bathroom was clean and towels/soap/shampoo provided. Owner seemed sweet, I don't speak Korean so bit of a language barrier for me communicating. Please note there are stairs up to the house! If u have dumb heavy bags like me it's a pain to get them up to the room.

There were renovations going on which I didn't know where going to happen, was quite loud. I also think someone went into my room while I was out - they cleaned up which was nice but I was surprised someone was in the room without asking.

Very nice atmosphere, felt like having a home in Seoul. The owner cleans every day and it’s very kind.

If one gets the single room, it’s right next to the bathroom so if you are a light sleeper and the other people in the house decide to shower for half an hour at 3am you might not be able to sleep. Everything else is fine.

Such a neat place to stay. It’s located in Yeonnamdong, center of Hongdae(quiet area). It’s surrounded by lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants. I had such a nice talk with the host too :)
