PRAKRITI HOMESTAY Fortkochi Air Conditioned Rooms

In whole my travel history i haven't seen such a clean property. Such a kind people are the hosts. We were late on our arrival, but they were waiting for us. Lakshmi is one very lovely person. To everyone who wants to visit Kerala and especially Cochi. I will highly recommend Prakrity homestay. And what is most amazing - the rooms don't have numbers but names. Like butterfly, sunshine, rainbow, ocean.

Great location near to the Fort, safe area, spotless clean, comfortable bed, filtered water available, great value for money and very well-coming family. It’s simple but well maintained house. The rooms are independent from the family’s house and there is a small common area. Lakshmi and her husband are very kind, they will make sure you feel comfortable. Also they were very kind to let me check-in at 1am and have a late check-out without any extra costs. I totally recommend this place !

An absolute gem of a homestay in a great location, wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with separate kitchenette with fridge and freezer, filtered water and tea. The host had very good recommendations for dinner at the best local restaurant with great food. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to any travellers.

Everything was great but you need to be strong to carry your cases up 1 flight of stairs.

The Homestay is located perfectly in Fort Kochi - 10min walking to the sea and many good restaurants nearby. Also the owners are really nice.

Blown away by the cleanliness,the inviting atmosphere of the premises and the friendliness of the owners! Everything in walking distance in the fort area. I feel completely save to highly recommend this place!

Lakshmi was the sweetest and kindest host! The beds were the most comfortable of all the places we stayed during our trip, it was also handy having access to a kitchen area and fridge. Great price and location just a short walk from the main sites in Fort Kochi. Highly recommend!

Lakshmi is a warm and welcoming host - from the moment I arrived, after a night on a sleeper train, she was kind and helpful. My room was made available at 7am and I was able to stay on 'til evening on the day of departure with no extra charge - amazingly generous - she also provided lots of local information, arranged for my laundry to be done, and booked concert tickets (don't miss the excellent Kathakali concert).The place is delightful, super clean, tastefully furnished, and in a quiet residential street yet only a short walk from the buzz of Fort Kochi. Both a/c and fan were efficient, hot water plentiful, and the bed was the most comfortable I've had throughout India. The bath towel smelt lovely and fresh, and both power socket and light switch were accessible from the bed - little things mean a lot! Perfection.

The owners are so careful and nice. The location of this homestay is ideal. The rooms are neat and clean. I would recommend without hesitation.
