PRAKRITI HOMESTAY Fortkochi Air Conditioned Rooms

Great homestay! It’s quite clean, well located and most importantly, it has A/C. I stayed for 2 nights and all was perfect. Lakshmi makes a great breakfast.

The room was spotlessly clean and just a 10 min walk down to the main hub. Lakshmi was great helping us with any questions. Kitchen and communal area were well equipped with everything you need. Filtered water was a great bonus with a fridge to keep drinks cold. The rooms were a decent size as was the bathroom. Amazing value for money.

My very small and only gripe would be to provide bigger blankets on the bed. This was really minor considering how wonderful the room was.

Comfortable home stay, very friendly and helpful owners, nice, clean room and a delicious homemade breakfast. I felt very welcome. You can reach everything you want to see in Fort Kochi by walking or tuk tuk.

I had such a good stay at Prakriti Homestay. The room was very clean and everything was so nicely organized. There’s a shared space with a fridge and kettle which was very useful for me. The owners are such kind and caring people, you could easily ask them anything you might need help with. I enjoyed a delicious Kerala breakfast each morning. Overall it’s a very good price for what you get. I only booked 2 nights but extended because I felt so comfortable.

Lakshmi was a really lovely host and very accommodating - her breakfasts were all amazing, the best breakfasts on our trip so far. The room was clean and the AC was effective. Good location.

The hosts were amazing and you could add on traditional South Indian breakfast which was delicious!! The location is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hot water only from the tap, not the shower. Also there is a mosque very nearby and the bells in the morning at 5am are really loud.

It was an incredibly cost-effective place to stay. The clean room came with air conditioning, toilet paper, complimentary drinking water, and a kettle, making it a comfortable choice even for Japanese travelers. Personally, I appreciated having an outlet near the bedside and a bathroom with hot water. The owner, Lakshmi, was extremely kind and provided detailed guidance on how to get to my next destination. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fort Kochi!
