Our host, Shawn, was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was very welcome.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The king size bed was comfortable. Having our own entrance and bathroom was great. Provided parking. Wonderful plus was blackout curtains! Beautiful pook view. Breakfast was offered but we didn't stay as our itinerary didn't permit the time.

We didn't know the bay window was open as the black out curtains were closed and we didn't come in that way. Owner gave us a heater when I mentioned it was cold, but it stayed cold all night.

Fascinating hosts, warmest of welcomes, a memorable experience all in an exclusive enclave in beautiful North County San Diego. Private entrance, parking, kitchen well-equipped and a very sociable space.

I would not change one thing of this very unique accomodation.

I’ve already said that—-ugly weedy outside never swept, old Covid mask stayed under picnic table on deck whole time, pool and spa very cold, spa heater broken, dirty outdoor furniture even the newer chairs—dusty, leaves all over them and bird poo on cushions, on and off WiFi, no network or cable TV only streaming if you are subscribed, ugly garage sale decor unless you like year round Christmas including tree

Bathtub in the bathroom

Elegant spacious house with lots of light and windows. Backyard is more rural in atmosphere with trees, dirt landscape ( note drought in Calif) with picnic tables and swimming pool. Deep tub in the Family room was an unexpected benefit. Very accommodating to our Golden Retriever even when she barked a few times. Relaxed atmosphere and Shawn friendly and always ready to help, yet respected privacy. Thank you Shawn. You are the best host. K&K

Needs hotter water and more water pressure for bath tub and shower. Needs recycle bin.
