The family and the location were both fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could walk to loads of places or get Grabs further away with no problem. Good variety at breakfast and great coffees in the cafe.

This was my first time in Ninh Binh, and we chose to stay at The View Point Home & Spa after seeing photos online. It turned out to be a great value for money. We stayed for only one night (June 19–20) and arrived early due to our tight schedule, around 10:00 AM. Although the standard check-in time is 14:00, Ms. Hà, the owner, kindly let us check in early at no extra charge, which was a big help. She also arranged a motorbike rental for us, and didn’t charge extra even though we returned it late. The surroundings were clean and peaceful, with a spacious outdoor pool that we were glad to have time to enjoy it. Right at the entrance of the homestay is Café The Began, run by the friendly Mr. Jake. We loved the Cookies and Cream blended drink when we arrived, and had tasty chicken stir-fried noodles and black bean noodles after checking out. The café is air-conditioned and very comfortable. Breakfast at the homestay was also nicely prepared by a kind elderly lady. We truly hope to return to Ninh Binh and Ninh Binh The View Point Home & Spa for the second time soon. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to take many photos at the property, as we spent most of our time sightseeing. We only came back briefly to shower and change before heading out again in the evening. Even on the morning we checked out, we left early for more exploring, so we missed the chance to capture any pictures. Our room felt hot at first (likely due to the weather), and the AC took a while to cool it down. There was also an issue with hot water, but Ms. Hà and a staff member quickly resolved it, even though it was already late. If you stay here, be sure to contact Ms. Ha if you need anything, because she’s truly helpful and thoughtful.

Loved the pool and the coffee shop. Rooms were cute, comfortable with plenty of space. Everything worked as it should.

We loved our stay here ! We were initially staying for 2 nights but ended up staying for 5. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We received many pieces of advice about everything to do in the area, and we enjoyed spending time in the cafe, playing chess, drinking good coffee and tea, and speaking with our host. The room was also very nice, and well located : in the nature near nice interesting points.

The hospitality of the lovely hosts: Ha & Jack. Ha is gentle and great cook: she puts effort to plate & present the food. Jack provides all info you would need to move in and around Ninh Binh. The gorgeous good size swimming pool: the nicest compared to many other home stays in the vicinity and beyond. The Cafe: Ha prepares yummy food & Jack is a very knowledgeable Barista. Must try Jack’s coffee. I love my room facing the mountains: 2001.
