Very friendly owner. Extremely helpful.

The room was lovely, clean and well equipped. The pool was great although unfortunately didn't get the weather for it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food and great view!!

The stay was good and guided by the owner of the property. He booked a bus for me from Hanoi, which picked me up in Hanoi and dropped me off at the hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city but close to the sightseeing spots. The property was well maintained, and you can rent bikes there and return them at the same place. The owner is very helpful and can guide you on what to do and what not to do.

I’m so glad I found this place - Jake and Ha are excellent hosts. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options, coffee was great, location really good (one of my favourite days was spent cycling on the roads behind the property - see photo). Free bikes! Insanely good value for money. I wished I could have stayed longer.

Amazing place! Really like the rooms and commun areas. The place has a small restaurant where you can eat or drink something Personal are very kind and nice, they help us a lot and explain how visit good places. WiFi works well and the breakfast was include :)

We loved our stay here! It felt like a home away from home ❤️ Our host was the most polite, helpful and gracious host we have ever had. When we first arrived, Jake kindly talked us through the various site-seeing locations and gave us lots of helpful tips. Every day he greeted us with a friendly smile and made The View Point a really special stay. I felt sad when we were leaving and saying goodbye because it really did feel like we were leaving a home. 🥹 The room was fantastic - comfortable bed, very clean, quiet and spacious. The weather was too cold during our visit to use the pool but it was really well maintained and kept super clean every day. The cafe & food was great too with plenty of options, all fresh and home cooked. The location was really convenient for us. We were able to cycle to Hang Mua and Trang An, motorbike to Bai Dinh Pagoda and get taxis to Hoa Lu old town and Tam Coc. Jake kindly let us borrow the bicycles for free and organised the motorbike hire for us. We ended up adding an extra night to our stay because we enjoyed staying here so much. I would highly recommend staying here :)

We really liked the atmosphere ! The rooms were spacious and very clean! This property is away from the downtown area which if you are looking for close to attractions then this place is for you. Bikes are available to ride to Mu Caves. They have an amazing little coffee shop as well which is part of the place. The only downfall was the weather … but we still enjoyed ourselves ! The owners take a lot of pride in their business! Upon arrival we were met by the owner. He sat down with us and went over a map of the area etc. great recommendations were given to us!!! The grounds around the place were lovely … beautiful pool if the weather was warmer . Last but not least if you like coffee …. This is your place:) MIC the dog was so cute ❤️
