Ninh Binh The View Point Home & Spa

The nicest place we have stayed so far in Vietnam, exceptional hosts that were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We stayed for two nights and they made it very easy to rent bikes/ scooters, gave us some information about the popular attractions and booked a bus for us to phong nha all at a good price. Room was spotless and breakfast/coffee was fantastic both mornings!

Water took a while to heat up for shower but not much other than that

Perfectly located between pretty much all the sights and you can get to all of them by renting a bicycle/bike from the homestay. The host is helpful and friendly. The room is spacious with a nice view of the mountains. You can sit on the veranda (shared between two rooms) outside of your room and enjoy the scenery while having breakfast or a cup of coffee. The breakfast was ok.

Room furnishing is a bit basic, no bedside tables, just 1 chair and not enough places to put your clothes and stuff. We didn't get the bicycles for free, like in other reviews, but the price was the same (50k per bicycle per day) as everywhere else, and the bicycles are in great condition.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful—he showed us what we could visit in the area, helped us rent a scooter, and even arranged an early check-in for us. The accommodation itself is beautiful and the coffee was the best we've had in Vietnam! We truly recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay, super clean, rooms were very good with comfortable beds! The owner also helped us out with pointing out the good places to go in the area. Lovely breakfast and a nice area for a good coffee. The pool is also nice with very clean water. Perfect mix of relaxing and exploring here!

The hosts were excellent and were always available to assist with anything we wanted. The food and drinks were very good and they even organised a birthday cake for us. The pool was a good size and clean. The rooms were clean and comfortable with bottled water included. The location was good with food places nearby and central to tourist attractions.

Clean, convenience, owner friendly and support

we had a wonderful stay and even extended. The property is exactly like on the picture very calm and clean. Jake, the owner even has its own coffee shop with amazing coffee! He and his family is really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. Also the area is great. It is a bit out from the touristy spots and close to nature :) However, restaurants are just a few walking minutes away.
