Owners were extremely friendly and nice, beautiful setting overlooking Ella rock. Little far from town if your walking but it was nice and quiet which we liked.

"Lovely peaceful accommodation in the hills with wonderful hosts"

Lovely friendly host and family, happy to look after your every need. Intriguing location amongst the bush on a steep hillside looking out towards Ella Rock. Excellent large and very clean room and bathroom with an outdoor sitting area for relaxing and meals. Excellent large breakfast and we also had a lovely dinner prepared by the host. 20 minute downhill walk to town and a short walk in the opposite direction to the start of the Ella Rock walk from the railway line.

It is a place with a very good value for money. It is away from the city, in a quiet area surrounded by jungle. In 15 minutes walking distance from Ella. The breakfast is very complete and served with an amazing view of the jungle. The host, Dilipa, is very attentive, both in person and via WhatsApp. He always recommends the best prices and even tries to lower it for his guests. We felt very well taken care of. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is good.

There are some things to improve such as the comfort of the pillows or sheets. I would say one of the negative things is that the shower doesn't have a lot of water pressure. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!!! The place to go and the host to meet!

Very helpful family. The room is located in a great nature, we could see monkeys and a lot of birds. The room is clean and you get a good breakfast. Its only about 7 minutes by tuktuk to the train station, if you want you could walk down to the city, its only about 20 minutes and you have a great view to the nature and mountains around you. We liked it :) Thank you
