Hoài River Hội An Homestay Sông Hoài Homestay 250m walk to the center Old Town

This homestay was such a gem and affordable. It was in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to old town. The owner (Helen) was terrific and accommodating. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. My family and I enjoy this place very much.

Great stay while in Hoi An. Location was an easy walk to the Old Quarter. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well taken care of. Helen and her family are very kind and made sure we had a good time while here. The neighbors nearby are also very friendly. Helen can set up any tour, driver, motorbike, etc that you may want to do on your trip. We will definitely stay here again next time. Also, Helen makes the best coffee!

Water temp can be temperamental but that’s common in small towns!

It was great! 10 minte walk to the old town and we liked a more calm street. Helen the host was amazing with all the help. We booked our trips at the homestay and did laundry.

This is by far the best Place i've stayed in vietnam. Helen,, the owner make you fill like home away from home. The location is excelent, just 1 minute from the River and 3 minute from the night market but in a small alley so it's very quiet. The room is huge, very clean and beds are comfartable. Make your self a favour and stop searching, stay here

Very cozy room. We were here during Tet and our transportation out of the city fell through, and the owner tried hard to find us new transportation, calling the company and speaking with them. She also invited me for drinks with her family (though I couldn't join that particular night). She literally lent my wife the sandals off her feet when she'd forgotten hers upstairs. Felt like a very sweet, family-run homestay, in a very cute part of town. Close walking distance to all the action, but on a quiet side-street.

We came around Tet so karaoke until midnight every night - not a big deal, it was entertaining, and I think pretty much contained to the days around Tet

Close to the river and the nightmarket, 200-300 meters. Within 10 minutes reach of everything. Modern homestay and spotlessly clean. The host is seriously interested in your well-being. I fully recommend it for a longer stay as well.

Rooms was perfect !! Location even better as it’s literally just outside the busy strip so you can enjoy the nightlife but also when you want to go to bed you don’t have to listen to all the noise!!! Lovely host and really helpful, made myself and my wife feel very welcomed. Would stay again!!!
