The place was really wonderful! We stayed for a week and really felt at home, the room was very nice and modern, the location perfect (quiet and very close to everything), and Helen the host was very welcoming, lovely and helpful. Completely recommend!

The homestay was modern and beautiful. The room was super clean and really cozy. The homestay was located near the river and you could reach the old town within 5-10 minutes by foot. Also, there were a lot of services. We rented a motorbike in the homestay, that had a great quality. We loved that Helen was super friendly and helped us in every situation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hoi An, we can definitely recommend this homestay!

Helen is a very good host, attentive to her guests and really cares about them. She speaks English and is easy to communicate with. She helps with everything needed. The room is spacious and super clean, close to the center but quiet and pleasant. It is highly recommended

This is a great homestay. The room was large with great lighting and AC and fan. Unbeatable price and friendly family. Very clean.

There is a small school next door, so you hear little children in the morning, which may wake you up.

Everything was great. The homestay is very nice. The room was very comfy and well equipped. Helen helped me out with everything I needed (laundry, renting, late check in, driver, etc); and they also have tours, breakfast, and more. The location was great. In a quiet place, but still just 5-10 mins walk to ancient Town. 10/10 would recommend.

Location was amazing, very close to Hoi An Ancient Town (literally a 5min walk away). Helen was a fantastic host, very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of food options around.

We had to go down to the kitchen on the bottom floor every time we wanted a drink. There was no access to hot drinking water within our room - a kettle in the room would have been nice. Hot water in the shower was also inconsistent, it would only last for about 1min, and needed time to heat up again. There was also a childcare adjacent to the homestay, and we were woken up by crying kids and/or singing every morning (which is fine if you're used to this sort of thing and it was easy enough to get used to).

It was spotless and so homely, the owner could not do enough to help and gave us information about trips, hiring bikes etc. I would only ever stay here if I was to return. Thank you so much it was perfect
