Had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The host was incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect – just a short walk from the heart of the ancient town. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient stay.

Really comfortable and clean rooms in a great location! Helen was a great host, really welcoming and helpful. Organised bicycles for us to use, booked activities for us and gave recommendations on things to do!

The best homestay to stay in while in Hoi An.It's really homely, clean and welcoming.Its situated in a really nice quiet part of the old town and only takes a few minutes to walk down to the centre/night markets.Helen was an amazing host and is super friendly! She gave us amazing food recommendations and travel tips.She also organised our transfer from Da nang airport as well as one of the cooking classes we did.Our private room was so spacious and cosy!! We would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.We will be definitely coming back! :)

Excellent place to stay if you like a quiet clean environment near the river. The room is really nice and the bathroom is very clean.

Probably the best accommodation of our 3weeks stay in Vietnam. Great location, amazing host and clean room. Close to lampions and city (but still quite area) and beach is reachable by bikes, which you can rent here (went through rice field and it was amazing). Thank you so much!

Best homestay in town! Big rooms, good shower, delicious breakfast. We recommend to book trips directly by the hostess Helen. For example cooking classes, private motorcycle tour over the Hai Van Pass with great stops (Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha,...) she has the best contacts!! Thanks for everything Helen, we love you. Very good location, close to the night market and 10 min walking from the ancient town center. Hosts are very kind with you: they offer you breakfast with a very good quality (extra cost, but worth it), they can also provide you with tours (we did coconut boat) and you can also rent bike/motorbike with them.

Room was on the top floor, no elevator.

Clean and owner is friendly. Near to Hoi An Ancient City.

The shower, one moment is hot, another is cold. Asked owner, this is due to the heater circulation.
