De ruimte, het balkon/terras was comfortabel. De gastheer was ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgzaam.

Relatief levendige straat, geen privéstrand wat wel vermeld was. Geen uitzicht op het strand, er liep een drukke weg tussen.

Tam ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel. Super, dass es ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett gibt. Die Terrasse ist gemütlich gestaltet. Das Frühstück war gut, ich habe mich einen Tag für ein vietnamesisches entschieden und fand es sehr lecker. Ausflüge werden auch auf Wunsch von Tam organisiert.

Our host was incredibly helpful from the very beginning until the end of our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, especially the delicious Vietnamese dishes. The location is excellent - set in a peaceful neighborhood close to the beach and Hoi An, surrounded by local homes and convenient nearby shops & restaurants.

Our room was located on the ground floor and felt a bit dark. We also noticed some mould in the bathroom and a slight damp smell, which may be something to improve for future guests.
