We loved our room very much but the real gold was owner Tam. He cooked for us every day breakfast from fresh veggies, noodles, meat, vegetarian option is no problem for him. You can choose the time and what you want🍜🫛🥬. You may also rent a really fast motorbike from him for 100k a day. He also manages travel agencies and money exchange with a good rate. Goddamn, he made our trip a lot more memorable.

The Host, Tam, is a wonderful human. So kind, welcoming and generous. He made sure I had everything I needed. Although there was a language barrier, using Google Translate and WhatsApp made that a non-issue. Tam helped me book some great tours and was even kind enough to give me a ride to the beach on my first night. He was an attentive and accommodating host who went out of his way to ensure I felt right at home. The accommodation was great value for money, and a relaxing end to my trip. The location was close to the beach, but not much else was about in the area, which was nice after a hectic trip. At first, I felt a little uneasy of evening walking around as a solo female traveller, but I experienced no issues at all. Everyone was friendly. Sitting out on the street in the evening gave me some lovely insights into the local family culture that I would've otherwise missed. Thank you Tam!

Tam was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, so helpful and we were all very impressed with the facilities. Every morning he would bring us homemade breakfast, with the choice of traditional Vietnamese noodles and dishes or more western style. For the three mornings we had absolutely delicious meals and we loved every bite of it. The location is incredible for the beach. Just a 5 minute walk and you’re greeted with a pristine and private beach. We are definitely staying again when we come back to Hoi An! Thank you Tam!

The property is well located, just two minutes walk from the sea. Very local vibe. The host is simply amazing, helpful and attentive to the detail. If you are looking for a calm place to stay in Hoi An, you already found it 😊

Friendly host, comfortable room and nice breakfasts. Quiet location and the beach is only a short walk away, as are several walks along quiet streets to and beyond the river. The Airport transfer was a great help after a long trip.

To describe it as a villa stretches the imagination and many of the facilities listed did not exist, it is 2 ground floor rooms with one above.

Charming, spacious room with own private courtyard and large bathroom, crazy good value. Delicious breakfast included, very comfortable beds, excellent WiFi and minimarts and restaurants across the street and around the corner. Best of all: host Tam! So generous and kind and keen to make sure his guests are so well taken care of. He is a problem solver and a delight: within a half hour of arriving, we had a motorbike, a confirmed boat cruise with pick up and drop off, a cool room, delicious fresh fruit and juice and dinner & breakfast and beach towels. Made our trip to Hoi An a great memory.

The room is spacious for 2 people and since it faces the back, there was minimal street noises. It's wonderful having the ocean on the side, across the main road, and the river on the back side. I also like that it's a local, residential area, not surrounded by restaurants, cafes, though those are very nearby.

A lot of mosquitos in the back sitting area which deterred me from enjoying that space.
