Very nice apartment close to the beach and only a few minutes drive to Hoi An. Comfy beds, clean and a nice terrace to relax. Lâm is a super friendly and helpful host and will always take care of you with a smile on his face.

Tam the owner was very hospitable and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even helped us with renting a motorcycle. The room was large and very comfortable. The location is in Cam An and was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes and we even walked to Hoi An town. The breakfasts were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend staying here.

More vegetarian options for breakfasts. Perhaps a water filter so that we didn't have to buy so many plastic bottles of water.

Unfortunately, we were only here briefly as a starting point to visit Hoi An. There is a spacious room with its own small terrace, it is shady and also pleasant during the day. The beach is not far away. There are free bicycles, which also had extra seats on the luggage racks (perfect for the kids). We did all our trips on the bikes, about 5 min to the beach and about 30 min to Hoi An and didn't need a cab. The host was very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend the homestay. Thanks again! The location was 10 min scooter ride out of Hoi An and 5 min walk to nearest beach. Tan the owner was very friendly and helpful. We rented a scooter from him and he arranged cooking school and trip to Cham island. Great value for money.

Our stay at the Seamist Ocean villa was nothing short of AMAZING!! Tam, the owner, went out of his way to accomodate us with early check in, late check out, and helped us rent mopeds/organize cooking classes. Plus, the breakfast each morning was truly a treat to eat out on the patio and was delicious.

Seamist Oceanvilla was absolutely amazing! Had all the facilities we needed for a 5 night stay with breakfast brought up to us each morning as well. Close to the beach, shops, and only a short trip into Hoi An old town. Tâm is one of the most accommodating and kind people we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and really made the stay even better. Couldn’t recommend staying here more.

I liked that we were in a suburb, amazing massage on the main road.

Unfortunetly we found some cockroaches in the room, there were no real restaurants near by and only one key that when you went out would turn off the electricity

Location was great, 5 mins to river or beach on foot...best banana pancakes I have had .great coffee too...no specific time required...( Within reason I expect) what's app and should be ready within 20 mins ..more options available too...laundry service which is very well priced ..really nice restaurants locally ..free bikes for cycling around . Hoi an centre about 10 mins by taxi...nice to leave the busy centre for quiteness of the accommodation. On a street where families live. More authentic Vietnam experience. Host extremely helpful and not pushy...it rained all day one day and lovely to have outside space to sit in .. lovely coffee shop 1 min walk away ..we stayed 4 nights... lovely location especially when the sun was out...
