Seamist Ocean Villa

We really felt at home at Seamist. Tam was an exceptional host and was eager to help with any questions or request. He made our experience in Hoi An special and we loved spending over two weeks at his him and his families place. We enjoyed breakfast that Tam cooked each day which had a variety of choices and was great to try everything. We chose this location due to its proximity to the beach so loved the laid back beach town vibe and friendly locals. We will miss it! Hope to come back one day :)

Clean and tidy

The place is really lovely and comfortable. The location is great. A bit far from the town centre but you can easily rent a scooter. Very close to the coast and many beaches. Tam was a great host, very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was also quite good, with different options to choose from. I only wish we could have stayed longer 😊

It was a very nice experience. Tam and his family were very nice and always trying to help us and gave us the best tips how to get around in Hoi an. The appartment was very clean, a very big room for our family and the breakfast was plenty with many options to choose from. Tam even prepare a nice surprise for us due to our wedding anniversary. They make you feel so welcomed and our kids love it. One day Tam borrow us scooter and he even came with us showing us the best option for a non expensive tour nearby with traditional boats. We definitely recommend their place.

Nothing. It was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Seamist! The room is amazingly spacious and comfortable , and we had our own private courtyard where we ate our delicious breakfast every morning. Tam and his family are incredibly kind and helpful, and made our stay extremely memorable. We loved everything about Seamist.

We liked everything!

Tam is a fantastic host. He has been more than helpful in arranging excursions, taking us for a bike tour and providing delicious daily breakfast. He has gone above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Very close to the beach. The property owner was incredibly helpful and kind. He can arrange moped hire for a good price which you’ll need to get around (to An Bang beach or into the Old Town). He cooks breakfast every morning and has many recommendations for activities/restaurants/tailor made suits etc.
